Dan Kuper — AI Workforce Specialist @ Microsoft Switzerland, based in Zürich.
I help Swiss federal, cantonal and municipal organisations turn M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and custom Copilot agents into measurable outcomes — from first prompt to production. My day-to-day blends three things:
Build & prototype. Hands-on with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Graph API, and a working stack of Python / TypeScript / JavaScript / Playwright. I ship working prototypes, not slides. Architect & enable. Solution architecture, prompt and agent design, RAG and orchestration patterns, plus the change-management and value-engineering work that gets Copilot rollouts past pilot. Public-sector go-to-market. Cantonal admin, utilities, social-insurance funds, municipal IT — I've sat on both sides of the table and speak the language. What I bring to a hackathon team: rapid prototyping muscle, architecture sparring, deep Microsoft 365 + Copilot toolbox, and 48h-build energy. I'm comfortable as builder, coach or "second pair of hands" — whatever the team needs to ship by Friday afternoon.
Topics I gravitate to: self-service citizen services, e-participation, Self-Sovereign Identity / e-ID, and offloading routine work from specialists to agents.
