We started with a brainstorming for our project, with ideas we would like to focus on in these 2 days (regarding the challenge we chose). Afterwards we splitted in a "Product"-Team and a "Technical" Team and after lunch, we started working in these 2 teams, with regular get-togethers with the whole team. The atmosphere is pretty nice and enganging!
